When I close my eyes, I see a crowd of women.
I see scales falling off of them.
Every stronghold falling off like a shedding of layers. One by one.
Insecurity falling off.
Bitterness falling off.
Shame falling off.
Guilt falling off.
Eating Disorders falling off.
Comparison falling off.
Fear of Failing falling off.
Chains of idolatry broken off.
Chains of addiction broken off.
Chains of never being enough broken off.
Chains of feeling like they do not belong broken off.
Innocence restored.
Passion restored.
Loving their Image that was made in the reflection of their Father.
Authority restored.
Confidence restored.
Motivation restored.
Broken families restored.
Lives restored.
Identity restored.
Hands out in acceptance.
Heads bowed in submission.
Knees bent in reverence.
Hearts in agreement.
Minds in awe.
Then I remember this is Abundant Living. This is the free gift of Jesus, for you and for me. This is what He always intended.
“She sets about her work vigorously;
her arms are strong for her tasks.” Proverbs 31:17
“She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.” Proverbs 31:25

Friends, this is not how God intended for us to live our lives. This platform is designed to reiterate the abundant life that Jesus freely gives to us, His design and intention for His own.
My heart for you in this ministry is to deeply understand (not superficially) who you are in Christ, unpacking the deep stuff within and where certain seeds got planted, uprooting them, replanting seeds of biblical truth and to help you launch into life unwaveringly and steadfast, so that you can continue to live abundantly in your careers, your ministries, your families, and in this life.
This is not intended to be a ted talk or a feel good message. This is intended to get back your voice & to reclaim with shouts of praise your authority in Christ

Rather in-person or online, join for monthly workshops + series where we will unpack what it looks like to live sold out for Jesus, living this life with Him as Lord above all.
These also could look like a personal, immersive and intensive programs, 8-12 weeks as well.
Overall, the workshops are the main goal of this ministry and are intended to uproot and renew your mind, being immersive with worksheets & a leader to walk alongside you for three months.

My Passion for Creating RFBC
A glimpse into..
I did not grow up following Jesus.
I was so focused on living “my life” that I didn’t know how much I was missing. I lived a life that was very much restored by grace.
It wasn’t until I got saved in college, after I moved to San Diego, did I know the true love and pursuit of God.
I wanted something real, I knew there was something bigger out there than me.
My soul was begging to know its Creator.
I have seen the way that His grace extends to me each and everyday, how He forgives me when I can’t forgive myself and leads me to change for the better and not remain in things that rob abundant life out of me.
I finally understood the difference between what a relationship looks like vs what religion looks like.
I have realized that He is worth giving everything up for, He is worth submitting to and worth surrendering to.
In Him, there is only light and goodness.

Now, what led me to create Abundant Living Co. is the absolute drive and passion found in God’s heart for His daughters all around the world.
I feel the ache to build community, to encourage and lift up others in our culture, to empower woman to boldly walk in their faith, to speak life and help others do the same, to share the lessons I have learned from God and see darkness come to light in this world.
I am so passionate for being a voice in our culture today and creating a space for woman to fully embrace who they are in Christ. God has made us from our head to our toes, our souls, our personalities, etc, and it is so beautiful to be able to take care of that and also glorify Him in the midst of it all.
I have walked with young girls in ministry for many years. I have walked with girls who struggled with body image, relationship issues, family issues, self harm, diseases and illnesses, and those who were believers and those who were not yet. I have had the honor to speak in different countries, speak at local schools, clubs and our church. I have seen the way the Lord has opened up my eyes and burned this desire in my heart to see young girls understand their identity in Jesus and the freedom that is available to them.
